About Frontier FFA
Frontier High School lies in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley in the city of Bakersfield, California. The high school is composed of over 2,000 students, with diverse and awarding winning educational and extracurricular programs. Frontier FFA is just one of those programs with over 400 members. It is more than cows and plows. Frontier FFA was founded in 2006 and is a three person department. The Agricultural Science department offers numerous classes: Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (AFNR), Sustainable Agriculture Biology, Soil Ag Chemistry, Introduction to Agricultural Mechanics, Floral Design, Agriculture Communications, Vet Science, Agriculture Government, and Agriculture Economics. Students in our Agriculture Communications program put on several events, our biggest event is our Food For America Program. During Food For America we invite over 500 1st and 2nd graders to learn about agriculture. We have several Career Development Team's such as Parliamentary Procedure, Dairy Cattle Judging, and much more. Frontier FFA's teachers and students work diligently to ensure the success of our program. If you have any questions please contact us via our CONTACT page. GO TITANS!
